  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

National Shipping

  • We use carriers and the Post Office for shipments within Brazil.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the region and the method chosen at checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track your delivery.

International Shipping

  • We ship to several countries. Delivery times vary from 7 to 30 business days, depending on location and local postal service.

  • The customer is responsible for any customs fees and taxes charged in the destination country.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

  • Tracking can be done directly through the carrier's website or the Post Office.

Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • Please make sure you fill in the shipping address correctly at the time of purchase.

  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, reshipment will be charged.
